Charter and Time Warner Combine In a Better Internet Experience

Charter as earlier reported ‘had’ plans to implement a behavioral marketing experience. There’s some indication that it’s still going on. I’m not using it for internet; I have no opinion. Time Warner was kind enough to explain to its customer recently how data caps will benefit them…one measure being how many e-mails you could send. You might also get about 2 hours of HD television (non-streaming, you’d have to do it as a download). This is with the 5-gig cap. Remember how many megs are taken by ads that come with the stuff you want. I saw reports that Comcast/Charter are considering the caps as well. I’d expect them to come. Both links are quite readable.
…A better experience.
